How can you remove drain blockages?
By far the most effective way to remove stubborn blockages is to use High Pressure Water Jetting. Put simply, Drain Jetting is the process of shooting high powered streams of water through the drain, in order to blast away any debris blocking the passage of water.

What is the difference between a CCTV Inspection and a Full CCTV Survey?
A “Look See” inspection allows you the opportunity to see what has caused a blockage and also the opportunity to see the pipe restored to its full bore once the blockage has been cleared. A Full CCTV Survey takes considerably longer and contains much more detail. Our engineers will document each part of your drainage system, this can be particularly useful prior to buying a property!
Can you provide reports for my insurance company?
Our CCTV reports can be provided in DVD and Download formats along with schematic plans for you to provide your insurance company with.
How often should I empty my cesspit?
This depends entirely on the size of your system, how many people use it and how often it gets used. As a rule of thumb a cesspit will need emptying every 6 – 12 months. We can usually attend same day and can schedule in reminder calls when we think you may require another visit so there’s one less thing for you to worry about.
Can you fix pipework inside my property?
We can deal with emergency plumbing repairs inside your home or business, whether it be a leaking toilet, burst pipe or slow draining bath give us a call and one of our engineers will visit your property to resolve the issue.
